Useful TIP: Most Airline Discounts are a 75% "AD75"
discount off the full unrestricted coach fare. Often times the lowest
restricted excursion fare is lower than the airline discount.
Air Canada
AD75 authorization numbers entitle qualified agency personnel to a 75 % reduction on applicable fares when traveling on Air Canada, Jazz, Central Mountain Air, Air Alliance/Air Georgian, Lufthansa, and the Austrian Airline Group (Austrian, Lauda Air, Tyrolean Airways, Rheintaflug).
A fifty percent reduction (AD50) is also extended to the spouse of the qualified agency personnel, provided that the agency personnel and the spouse are booked on the same PNR, and travel all segments of the itinerary together. Conditions apply.
Air France / KLM
Up to 92% off full published Y level fares for Economy Class
Up to 70% off full published CRT level fares for Business Class Fares are offered one-way or roundtrip only. No stopovers or Open Jaw routings permitted.
Air New Zealand
A person who is the sole proprietor, partner, director and/or a full-time travel consultant working for an IATA or accredited Agency for at least 12 months and is directly involved in the selling and promotion of Air New Zealand for a minimum of 75% of their day. American Airlines
All reduced-rate travel for Travel Agents located in the U.S. and Canada will be AD50. AD75 reduced-rate travel has been discontinued. Discount is applicable only for fares beginning with F, P, J, and Y. Other conditions apply
British Airways
AD75 and AD50 off FIRST, Club World, World Traveller Plus, World Traveller. British Airways offers this service as a benefit to employees of IATA Agencies. Employees must be a fulltime, salaried and/or commission employee responsible for promoting travel including air transportation.
Delta Airlines
Discount applies to the lowest unrestricted Y fare in each market. Fare basis is the unrestricted Y fare you are using, followed by AD75, which must be entered in the tour code box of the ticket. Segments must be booked in R class. Conditions apply.
Frontier Airlines
This discount applies to travel agents only. Agency employee must be included on the ARC Eligibility list for current year, be a full-time employee (over 32 hours per week), and have been responsible for promoting air travel for at least three consecutive months. Other conditions apply.
Hawaiian Airlines
Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. offers reduced rates to ARC/IATA travel agents with prior written approval by Hawaiian Airlines sales office. Reduced rate fares are self-ticketing and are confirmed space tickets based on availability. Travel Agent 75% discount, Spouse 50% off F, Y or Y29 fares.
LOT Polish Airlines
LOT offers travel agent discounted tickets (AD75/AD50) for any LOT operated flight. This special discount is available to any active U.S. or Canadian full-time IATA travel agent whose agency has reported flown LOT revenue of at least $5,000 in the past 12 months. Conditions apply.
Lufthansa
Applicant must be on international airlines travel agent network IATA eligibility list, and employed by your agency for a minimum period of one year. If this is not the case, applicant must have been in your service for a minimum period of 3 months, and have commenced employment with you not more than 60 days after being fully qualified in the service of another agency. Written proof of former employment would have to be submitted. Other conditions apply.
Qantas
Agent Rebated Travel is available for travel on Qantas flights with 'QF' flight number operated by Qantas to IATA Travel Agency locations and licensed Agents.
