Take Action by March 31, 2023 to Maintain Fam-Tastic® Rate Benefit

Please complete the latest Continuing Education (CE) training requirement to extend your Fam-Tastic rate benefit for stays arriving after March 31, 2023. Our extensive menu of CE options provides you with the flexibility to select your choice of two micro-learning modules to meet the current training requirement. Additionally, existing CE module offerings are eligible for 2023 CE credit if not previously completed.

New Modules for 2023
We are excited to announce three new modules added to our training library:

  • Inclusion for All:  Marriott’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusionshowcases our passion about welcoming all and creating experiences that bridge differences and help to create a better world.
  • Sustainability and Social Impact at Marriott International highlights our commitment to creating positive and sustainable impact wherever we do business.
  • Travel Advisor Incentive Program at All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy® details a new program designed to reward travel advisors for bookings made at select All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy properties.

Maintain Your Fam-Tastic Rate Benefit at Participating Hotels* by:

  1. Logging in to Hotel Excellence!.
  2. Updating or confirming your profile information. Travel advisors associated with an IATA/IATAN or CLIA location in the United States must have a valid IATA/IATAN VER# or CLIA EMBARC ID on their profile.
  3. Successfully completing two Continuing Education micro-learning modules of your choice.
